Members of the Northwest Chapter of Gamewardens has been Honored on several occasions
with a visits to the Governors Mansion for Coffee with
Mike Gregoire
and
Mike's presents at some of our Gamewardens events.
Mike is a Combat Veteran and has been in many of the locations where we served
in the Mekong Delta.
We are all very grateful that Mike Gregoire has taken an interest in our group of combat veterans and the Brown Water Navy. We are all Brothers having server in the Mekong Delta. Mike was a member of the Delta Express a Army Convoy that delivered supplies to many cities and areas where we operated. Chau Doc, Ha Tien, Rach Gia and so many others. He had to travel through the dreaded U Minh Forest to get to many of the cities in the Delta. While he was visiting these places in his green Army trucks we were visiting the same places in our little Green Navy Boats.
The Governor Christine Gregoire has a wonderful reprehensive in Mike and Veterans have been well served by her by her and her administration.
